General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/h3>\n

1. Booking and confirmation<\/strong>
\n1.1 A booking is considered confirmed as soon as a written confirmation
\nby the hotel\/guest house.
\n1.2 When booking, all required personal information must be
\nbe stated completely and correctly.<\/p>\n

2. Check-in and check-out<\/strong>t
\n2.1 Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Later arrivals cannot be accommodated.
\n2.2 Check-out must be by 11:00 a.m. Check-outs after 11:00 a.m. will be
\nwill be charged at half a day's rent.
\n2.3 Late check-out is only possible upon request\/availability and at an additional cost
\npossible.<\/p>\n

3. Payment<\/strong>
\n3.1 50% of the total booking amount is due upon booking.
\nThe remaining payment is due 14 days before arrival.
\n3.2 Accepted payment methods are credit card and debit card as well as cash
\nand transfer.
\n3.3 When booking via an external booking platform, the
\nPayment conditions of the respective platform.<\/p>\n

4. Prices and taxes<\/strong>
\n4.1 The prices stated on our website are non-binding and are for information purposes only.
\nOrientation. They may be subject to seasonal fluctuations and changes.
\nThe binding room rate will be communicated to you as part of an individual offer.
\n4.2 All prices quoted include breakfast and soft drinks.
\n4.3 Prices include VAT and other local taxes, if applicable.
\nThe tourist tax is not included in the prices.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation conditions<\/strong>
\n5.1 In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost
\ncalculated.
\n5.2 In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival and in case of no-show (No-
\nShow) the entire booking amount (100%) is due.
\n5.3 Special regulations may apply for group bookings and special offers.<\/p>\n

6. Liability<\/strong>
\n6.1 The hotel\/guest house is only liable for damages caused by intentional or gross
\nnegligent conduct of the staff.
\n6.2 The hotel\/guest house does not accept any liability for guests\u2019 personal belongings.
\nLiability unless they have been handed over for safekeeping.
\n6.3 Guests are liable for all damages they cause during their stay in the
\nHotel\/guesthouse. This includes damage caused by negligence, such as
\nspilling wine on furniture or damaging
\nfurnishings. The costs for repair or replacement of the
\nDamaged items will be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n

7. House rules<\/strong>
\n7.1 In the rooms and public areas of the hotel\/guest house a
\nNo smoking.
\n7.2 Children aged 15 and over are welcome at Quinta Torrinha.
\n7.3 Pets are only allowed after prior arrangement and for a fee.
\n7.4 Guests are obliged to be considerate towards other guests
\nbehave and observe the night-time quiet from 22:00 to 07:00.
\n7.5 The pool can be used from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
\n7.6 Guests may only stay in the areas accessible to guests.
\nDesignated private areas may not be entered.<\/p>\n

8. Data protection<\/strong>
\n8.1 All personal data of guests will be treated confidentially and only for
\nused for internal purposes.
\n8.2 Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil the contract
\nis necessary or legal provisions require it.<\/p>\n

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/strong>
\n9.1 The hotel\/guest house reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
\n9.2 Guests will be informed in a timely manner about changes to the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
